Finding the products that you love is easier than ever. A search can be performed in the following ways…
By Category - Use the left navigation menu located under PRODUCTS if you know what type of product looking for e.g. Shampoo, Conditioner, Jewellery but you are not sure of the exact product or brand, or if you just fancy trying something new.
By Search - If you know the item you are looking for, then you can type the brand and product title/key words into the ADVANCED SEARCH box.
By Price - Under our ADVANCED SEARCH you are able to specify a PRICE FROM to PRICE TO and a list of products within that price range will be returned
By Brand - If you have a favourite brand that works well on your hair or skin, or if you've been recommended a specific brand to try, you can select this using our SEARCH BY BRAND drop down menu located on the left navigation menu. Alternatively, we have listed all popular brands such as Redken and Tigi on the left navigation menu for your convenience. Once clicked each product range will be displayed for that particular brand. For Example when Tigi is clicked you have your choice to view products from Tigi Bed Head, Tigi Catwalk, Tigi S Factor or Tigi Rockaholic.

How to Shop
Note: You must Sign Up to be able to purchase from www.simplyhair.com.au. Once you have logged in you will be able to purchase the products you love and trust!
Step 1 - If you wish to review what is in your Shopping Basket at anytime, simply click on "item" link next to your Shopping Basket at the top right hand side of the screen: This will take you to Your Shopping Basket Page which will show you all the items that you have added to your basket and the quantities you have chosen, along with the total cost of your Shopping Basket.
At this stage you can amend anything you like.
Remove an item: Remove an item: To remove an item from your Shopping Basket simply click the remove check box against that item and click "Update" and the item will be removed from your basket.
Update a quantity: If you want to increase or decrease a quantity of an item in your basket simply amend the figure in the box in the Quantity column and click "Update".
Once all items and quantities are finalised please click the Checkout button.
Important: Please ensure the billing address is the address where the credit/debit card you wish to pay with is registered. If it is not, and you need to change the billing address click on the Change Address button to have it updated. For credit card payment we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Step 2 - Once you have clicked on the Checkout button, this will take you to a page where you will need to enter billing and delivery information, payment method (Credit Card or Direct Deposit) and a promotional/coupon code if you have one.
Important: Please ensure the billing address is the address where the credit/debit card you wish to pay with is registered. If it is not, and you need to change the billing address click on the Change Address button to have it updated. For credit card payment we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Note: Please try to ensure that someone will be in to receive your delivery at this address between the hours of 9am-5pm. If you have any special delivery instructions for your postman such as 'leave in the porch' or 'please leave at the back door if nobody is in' then you will need to enter this in the Comments Information Box. Please make this as concise and clear as possible.
Tips for using promotional codes:
-Always use capitals
-Remove any spaces from codes
-Be careful using O's and 0's
Note: promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless specified. If you are still having problems then please contact customer service.
Step 3 - This is your last chance to review your order in the Order Confirmation box, if you wish to make any changes simply click on the "edit" link to update the appropriate information. If you are happy with everything then click on the Confirm Order button and your order will be sent directly through to us for picking.
Step 4 - You will then be taken to the page to reflect that your order has been successful and received the message "Your Order Has Been Processed!"
At this stage we will also send you a confirmation email to your designated email address, listing the items you have ordered which you can keep for your records. You will receive and email with the order number or you can check under "MY ACCOUNT" to verify the order number. Don't forget to Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit if you have selected this option now that your order has been placed. We will ship your order after we receive your payment.
