Simply Hair and Beauty will consider
any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 30 days
of receiving your order.
Simply Hair and Beauty will gladly
refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty
items in accordance with the following processes for all
online purchases. NOTE: Purchasing the wrong product or
changing your mind after the purchase is not a valid reason
for return so please choose carefully!
A 10% restocking fee may be applicable (goods must be unopened,
undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to
cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide
a code for store credit for the full value of your purchase.
1. You must notify Simply Hair and Beauty
of the fault within 30 days of receiving the items.
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by
Simply Hair and Beauty customer service
to do so. Once instructed please ship items to the following

3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an
invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Simply
Hair and Beauty. Please also provide a brief explanation
with the reason for the goods being returned.
4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card
that was being used to make the original purchase. The refund
will be processed as soon as the items have been returned
and inspected by Simply Hair and Beauty.
5. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear
and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing or
transit damage will be considered.
6. We will need you to pay the return post to us. We strongly
advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded
delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held
responsible for any undelivered items.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt
and our department will contact you directly regarding the
issue. Please allow further 3-5 working days for the refund
to appear in your account.
GHD Warranties
As we are an authorised retailer, your GHD hair straighteners
are covered by a 24 month manufacturer warranty held by
Jamella Australia. This warranty entitles you to a repair
or replacement of a faulty GHD hair straightener. Simply
contact us and we will provide you with instructions on
how to apply for warranty.
Electrical Returns
Certain electrical items come with a 12 month manufacturer
warranty. Please check the product description otherwise
please email us for additional information.
All products are considered in the care of the customer,
until such time as Simply Hair and Beauty
receives them, so make sure all items are properly packaged.
If an item is damaged while being returned to us, the item
will no longer be considered in a resale condition, and
will therefore not be accepted for a refund. How
