Christmas Delivery
Please place your orders with us as soon as possible to avoid the Christmas rush as there are delays in the postal system during this period.
For all Christmas gifts please ensure orders are placed by Midnight Thursday 15th December.
Note : All our orders are fully tracked to ensure there are no issues with delivery and your order arrives as soon
as possible. Tracking numbers are available on request.

Can I pickup my order from the salon?
Unfortunately we do not allow pickup from the salon. We
ship our parcels with Australia post so if you live close
by you will have your products in next to no time!
Shipping
We currently only ship to customers within Australia only.
All orders from our online store are shipped from our salon
in Bondi Sydney, Australia. All shipping is carried out
through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service
with signature required on delivery. Shipping is charged
at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia.
You will be contacted within 2 working days should any problem
arise regarding your order. You will be notified by email
once your order has been dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
Our products are proudly shipped by Australia Post using
eparcel. Standard delivery within Australia is typically
48 hours but can take up to 5 days. Please note that this
is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer
due to postal delays especially during busy periods such
as Christmas or if you live in a remote area outside the
Australia post network.
The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel
is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So
make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not
from the order date. Also, "working days" means Monday to
Friday only, and doesn't include public holidays.
GHD Straighteners
All our GHD Straighteners(15mm, 24mm and 40mm) including
the GHD Precious Gift pack are posted using eparcel and
require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure your
GHD is fully tracked and to ensure your items aren't lost
in transit. We keep all GHD Straighteners in stock for immediate
dispatch.
Packaging
Products are shipped inside protective packaging that will
ensure safe shipping.
Online Return and Exchange Policy
We will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product
within 7 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns
Policy.
Stock
Whilst we try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes
run out of stock on certain product lines. In this case
you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay.
The general delay is usually only 1 - 3 days.
Liability
At the time of ordering, it is your duty to enter the correct
delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address,
we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address
at our expense. We will not accept liability for any loss
or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after
delivery has taken place. We will always endevour to follow
up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your
behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If you have not received your parcel after 5 business days
(not including the Weekend) then there is a chance your
parcel may be at your local Post Office. If you are in a
regional area please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
We have seen cases where the Reminder Notice from Australia
POST is misplaced or lost. Please call Australia POST on
131318 and ask to be transferred to your local Post Office
to see if your parcel is in storage.
If the parcel is not at your local Australia POST Office
then please email us and we will follow up on your behalf.
